From April 15th from October 10th and from December 29th to January 6th

• Rates are per room, per night and include breakfast.
• Our rates include the application of discounts or the conclusion of conventions with theater companies, travel agencies, groups or groups of at least 6 people.
• If you book for 3 nights you will get a 5% discount. If you book for 6 nights, the seventh night is free.
• At the time of booking you must pay a deposit of 30% on the total amount of the reservation

• It is also possible to rent the entire apartment which can accommodate up to 9 people. The price for two
• People are 160 euros per night; 20 euros per person per night for each additional guest up to one
• Maximum of 9 people.

Children

From 0-3 years old: Free if they sleep with their parents

Supplement for baby bed: € 10 per day

Stay Tax € 1.50 per person per day

Additional Services

For low season, we mean the period from November 1st to December 28th and then from January 7th to April 14th. For high season we mean the period from 15 April to 31 October and from 29 December to 6 January.

Our rates are per room and per night: all include breakfast, bed and bath linen, wi-fi and consumption. The 1-euro and 50-per-person stay tax is not included in the rates.
